1. Acceptance

By accessing filecloverway.click or engaging Clover Way Analytics ("we," "us") for agricultural forecast briefings, plot data reviews, or related written reports, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide professional agricultural yield forecasting, seasonal crop analytics, and harvest timeline reports delivered as written documents and consultations. This website is informational; service engagements are confirmed separately by written scope and invoice.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, chart templates, report layouts, and branding are owned by Clover Way Analytics unless otherwise noted. Clients receive a license to use delivered briefing PDFs and print copies for their own farm management, lender presentations, and cooperative board submissions. Redistribution, resale, or publication of our reports without written permission is prohibited.

4. Forecast limitations

Yield projections and harvest schedules are estimates based on records and conditions available at preparation time. Weather, pest events, and market conditions may cause actual outcomes to differ. Our reports are advisory documents, not guarantees of harvest volume or timing.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate field records, planting maps, and harvest history to the best of your knowledge. Incomplete or delayed records may widen confidence intervals or delay delivery. You are responsible for decisions made using our briefings.

6. Payment terms

Fees are stated on invoices. Deposits are non-refundable once analytical work has commenced, except as described in our Refund Policy. Late payment may suspend delivery of final reports.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including crop loss, storage overflow, or lending decisions.

8. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content for commercial reuse, or transmit malware through contact forms. We may suspend access for abuse.

9. Third-party links and images

External image hosts and reference links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chungcheongbuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
