Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers professional report engagements booked with Clover Way Analytics, including Seasonal Yield Forecast Briefings, Plot Data Review Visits, and Harvest Timeline Planning Reports. It does not cover third-party laboratory testing or equipment we do not provide.

2. Deposits

A 40 percent deposit may be required to hold a seasonal queue position. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. If you cancel before we begin record review or schedule a field visit, the deposit is refundable minus a ₩50,000 administrative fee. Once analytical work or a plot visit has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit if:

• We cancel the engagement due to staff illness, typhoon safety restrictions, or inability to deliver within an agreed extended deadline
• We determine before delivery that your records are insufficient to produce any defensible forecast and you choose to cancel rather than complete records via an additional visit

4. Partial refund eligibility

Partial refunds may apply when:

• You cancel after draft charts are prepared but before final binding — refund up to 30 percent of the report fee
• A plot visit is cut short by client cancellation on arrival — travel costs and 50 percent of visit fee retained
• Agreed rush delivery is missed by us by more than three business days — up to 20 percent of rush surcharge refunded

5. Non-refundable items

• Completed and delivered final briefings, PDFs, and bound print copies
• Plot data review visits already performed
• Travel surcharges for visits that proceeded as scheduled
• Optional winter review memos after delivery
• Deposits once record review or field work has commenced

6. Cancellation by client

Notify us by email at info@filecloverway.click or phone at +82-43-6384-7152. Cancellations are effective on the business day we confirm receipt. Rescheduling a plot visit with at least 48 hours notice incurs no fee; shorter notice may retain 50 percent of the visit fee.

7. Rescheduling

Seasonal briefing delivery dates may shift if you delay submitting records. We will propose a new timeline at no charge once. Further delays may require a rush fee or re-queueing to the next available slot.

8. No-shows

If our analyst arrives for a scheduled plot visit and cannot access the farm or meet a designated contact within 30 minutes, the visit is billed at full fee. One rescheduled date may be offered at our discretion.

9. Work already started

Chart preparation, data digitization, and orchard maturity sampling constitute commenced work. Cancellations after these stages follow partial refund rules above, not full deposit return.

10. Purchased materials

Printed bound copies and courier delivery costs included in your invoice are non-refundable once the briefing ships. Duplicate print orders may be reissued at print cost plus shipping.

11. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the original payer within 14 business days. You must provide account details for domestic Korean transfers. We will email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.

12. Disputes about forecast accuracy

Disagreement with yield estimates after harvest is not grounds for refund if the briefing used records you supplied and stated confidence bounds honestly. We offer a complimentary 30-minute review call to compare actuals against projections for calibration purposes.
