What our reports cost and what affects the estimate
Prices below are starting points for standard scopes. Final quotes depend on acreage, crop mix, record completeness, and deadline pressure.
Seasonal Yield Forecast Briefing
From ₩1,850,000
Covers one primary crop season across up to six plot blocks. Additional blocks: ₩180,000 each. Rush delivery (under seven working days after data review): add ₩350,000.
Estimate factors: number of varietals, missing historical seasons, dual-crop rotation on same block.
Plot Data Review Visit
₩420,000 per visit
Half-day on-site within 80 km of Chungju office. Travel beyond 80 km: ₩85 per km round trip. Second visit within same season (record corrections): ₩280,000.
Estimate factors: number of blocks walked, need for map digitization from hand sketches.
Harvest Timeline Planning Report
From ₩980,000
Single orchard site up to 4 hectares and three varietal blocks. Larger orchards quoted individually. Includes one revision round on the picking calendar.
Estimate factors: crew constraints, cold-storage capacity changes mid-season, late booking after colour break.
Payment and deposits
We invoice after scope confirmation. A 40 percent deposit secures your place in the seasonal queue; balance due on delivery of the final briefing. Bank transfer details appear on the invoice — we do not process card payments on this site.
Combined engagements
Farmers ordering a plot data review and seasonal briefing together receive ₩150,000 off the combined total when both are booked in the same enquiry. Orchard clients adding a mid-season maturity check call (30 minutes, written follow-up memo) may add ₩120,000.
What we do not quote here
Multi-county cooperative roll-ups, multi-year retrospective studies, and expert witness work require a separate scope conversation. Email info@filecloverway.click with acreage, crop, and deadline for a written estimate within two business days.
